BVB face sputtering Werder in Pokal
By: Tucker | January 26th, 2009In a rematch of last years round of sixteen DFB Pokal match, Werder visits Westfalenstadion on Wednesday. Jürgen Klopp has yet to announce any omissions, although Jakub Błaszczykowski is out as is other more longer term injuries. Attention will be on new addition Kevin-Prince Boateng who has shone brightly since returning to the Bundesliga and suits the manager tactics perfect. This is obviously a “big match” as BVB looks to start our centennial year by dropping Werder out of the Pokal for the second year in a row.
